- Terms net 30 days on approved credit.
- 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
- Federal and Provincial taxes are not included in the price, and are therefore extra if applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product designs, materials, and specifications without notice.
- Prices in effect at time of shipment will apply.
- Prices are F.O.B. point of shipment.
- Notification of discrepancies in quantities of items shipped must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
- For standard items returned, a restocking charge of 15% will be assessed on goods; an additional charge will be assessed for material returned in unsalable condition.
- Non-catalogued items or special products will not be allowed to be returned for credit.
